#threadless has great customer service! They sent Faith the wrong shirt, and when I emailed them all I told them was the shirt she should have gotten, no order number and not from the same email as the original order. Treating that as a trig problem, apparently, they solved for proper address using my last name and told me a new shirt was on the way, no need to return the wrong one.
Way to go Threadless!
