So what are the best fair trade coffees? Price is the main consideration, since they all taste pretty good. Kind of tired of feeling like I’m supporting child labor.
We don’t have a roaster, we did use an air popper for a while but it went out and now we roast beans in a wok on the stove. It takes a bit of practice, but we have the routine down now, and the fresh roasted coffee has me completely spoiled now.

I can get it at the local Mennonite fair trade store. lucky me! 🙂 they have fair trade chocolate too. nom. nom. NOM!
