Clementine has a cold and has been in my lap all morning – and was fitful all night. As a result I am fighting sleep myself, with this little hot water bottle all cozy.

Up next, a watch cap. With ten people in the family we go through a lot of hats. I tend to knit a hat between projects just to keep up. The yarn is Knitpicks Swish, pattern is the Israeli Soldier Hat. This one will probably end up for Bede or Gilbert unless one of the girls claims it.

Dorothy’s Neapolitan sweater is done! It should fit this fall. It’s pale pink and chocolate brown, basic bottom-up raglan, knit by the numbers. The yarn is Comfy, by Knit Picks, a cotton blend, super soft. I <3 it.

God let me misplace my driver’s license so I’d get the motivation I needed to clean my bedroom. He also arranges for the children to shatter glasses so the floor under the dining table gets swept.
