OKC Chesties take note! This hat, in finished form, could be yours! It is currently being knitted by yours truly: local, Chesterton-reading, frequent wearer of skirts, and wife to the one and only Chicago Sean Gleeson. She has a purple mohawk. She’s eating leftover pizza. She’s wearing a 25 year old T-shirt that used to belong to my high school boyfriend. I think she and I would have been fast friends. Clementine is playing “appropriately” with toys. This doesn’t happen often! She was imitating us a little too, with some good joint attention. Her interactions with us are getting more back and forth. I’m going to use a new hashtag for posts relating to her possible #autism : #autistiquine

The three youngest in a pile on the sofa, watching Daniel Tiger. I had to run outside for a minute, to give a delivery man instructions (we get lots of lost delivery men) and I could hear Clementine crying as I closed the door, distressed I was leaving. This is what I came in to about five minutes later. Aww. As a bonus I was even able to help the delivery man.

Icy but beautiful, with a dusting of snow here in Arcadia. Kids are sledding further back on our land, leaving me and the babies to hold down the fort. I’m making a nice pot of tea for everyone to have when they come back in. #okwx
