I've cut out sugar in an attempt to keep away thrush. A side effect of that diet change is weight loss, so I asked Faith to take my picture before I lost too much more (I went down 5lbs in a week.) Here's an outtake with Perry who was very unhappy if I wasn't holding him. I may post the actual before picture later, depending on how vain I'm feeling 🙂

These Flip diaper covers are in it for the long haul. This one is almost five years old, in continuous use, and on baby number three!
