Unintentional Side Effect of anti-thrush diet: I have lost FIFTY POUNDS since October 26, the day before Perry was born. From 213 to 163. I wonder where I'll bottom out? My guess is in the 140s. Much less than that and this 5'11” bod will start to look emaciated. (That's 22.6 kg, from 96.6 kg to 73.9 kg and I'm 180 cm tall, in foreign.)
