They really are so cute. Perry was crowing with excitement, bouncing up and down as he squealed. Clementine was actually helpful, wringing out rinse water with such concentration and enough effort to make her little arms tremble. Ah, babies

The septic system is backing up but nobody can find the cleanout. So today has been a pioneer day, including hauling water and handwashing cloth diapers in a bucket. With luck, someone can look in the county records on Monday and see where the heck it is. It's eluded everyone who has looked for it thus far. I'm being draconian about toilet flushes.
