Having a grief filled day. I tried to pay mom's (overdue) electric bill and got a lot of red tape, culminating in sobbing incoherence on my part. And an unpaid bill. You can't pay by address, just by account, but I can't pay the account because I'm not the account holder, but the account holder is Dead and that's about where I started crying to the dismay of the customer service associate. Grief sucks.
