Sonlight just wasn't cutting it (he was not a fan f two book selections in a row and mutinied) so Gilbert is using this twenty year old Oak Meadow 7 instead. It's not out of date other than all the exhortations to record things on tape or look them up at the library. I'd say he's doing about 50% of the assignments, which IMO is about right for this curriculum as it's assignment-dense. One of his more amusing essays was titled "Half of the Six Wives of Henry VIII: Divorced Beheaded, Died" #oakmeadow #waldorf #homeschooling
